What the?

A few days ago I ordered some movies off of amazon.com.  When I got home from work today, two boxes from amazon had arrived.  I opened the first one to reveal items I did not order.  The box contained 5 books of what I can only image to be teen romance novels of the "Clearwater Crossing" series (at least that's what the order sheet says).  The other box contained the movies that I ordered.  The wave of confusion upon opening that first box was overwhelming, but when I opened the second box and realized that my order was not messed up it was a huge relief.  Thankfully, after going to the amazon website I found that these items are not anything that was ordered on my account, so at least I didn't pay for these books.

It is however sad that somewhere in the world there is, who I can only hope to be a teen girl, waiting for her books which were shipped to a totally different location.  They probably even got an email to let them know that their order had shipped.

If only I could ship them directly to whoever ordered and throw in a note, a piece of candy or something, that could be fun...

Mirror Mayhem...

A few years ago for Halloween I put some sticky ghosts, bats, and creepy eyes on the two mirrors in the upstairs bathroom.  I have not removed them, nor has Justin (when he was living here) or Les who I share the bathroom with currently.  I like cute n creepy stuff so I never even thought of taking them down.  A few nights ago I was brushing my teeth, and while trying to avoid eye contact with myself in the mirror, I noticed that if I stand at a certain angle and look at the toilet the creepy eyes on the mirror look like they are on the toilet.  The Toilet had eyes!  Creepy ones at that.  Though it made my smile which coerced the tooth-pastey drool to dribble into my chin napkin...

I meant to post this days ago but didn't have my phone, or something but I didn't get around to posting it before I forgot it, even though I remembered I wanted to post something.  It came back to me yesterday I believe, the days blur together.  My perpetual Monday theory seems to be holding weight.  Today (Saturday) was Monday version 6.0, and tomorrow will be Monday version 7.0, though since we have Monday off it totally throws my system out of whack...

Work Work Work

been working so much I keep forgetting what day it is.  not only that, but i am falling behind on emails (it's especially annoying when they are time sensitive things like drawings or internet sales that I may have been interested in).  I am about 1.5 months behind in my comics, not even counting the many many months I am behind in digital comics yeesh!  We're back in crunch time, crunching like popcorn for this movie.  Have another 3 weeks of 13hr days, 7 days a week.  Luckily Monday is memorial day, so we get one day off before 18 days of nonstop working late into the day.  We leave at 7am and get back around 11pm, and it takes me about 2 hours or so before i can wind down enough to sleep.

Now I'm just tryin' to figure out what gift I am going to buy myself with all of this overtime money coming my way...

Had soup salad breadsticks and blue moon for lunch @ olive garden. Very good but not condusive to the willingness to work for another 6 hours...

New iPod Nano!

I got a new iPod because my video iPod was acting wonky for a while now, though I still plan on using it.  My new iPod Nano is pretty much my on the go music companion. I also picked up a watch band for it, it'll look amazing once I get a few links taken out.  I love it.  I already started putting my podcasts on that, I have a few audio books on there as well.  Ya!  More music to have at work.  These phone pictures don't nearly do it justice, I will take better ones soon.

I can even put some pictures on it, though I can't seem to figure out how to do anything with them besides scroll to the next one.  A screensaver thing would be awesome!

Spoiler...  It's a music video.  Even after it was over I was like, What... what... what happens to the little guy. I, like most, didn't read the extended info on the site that explained it was a music video.  I wanted to know if there was more, thinking it was just a short video.  I couldn't find any.  Though in my search I did find out it was a music video and there is a shorter version on youtube.
