The Idea:

My main costume was taking longer than expected so I ended up launching full throttle into my back up costume. I think I pumped the whole thing out in about a day or so. with a lot of hiccups and many "learning experiences". So Here we go... to ADVENTURE!
A few tests to figure out placement of the hood piece (it was purchase, a while before the costume idea came up).

The foam cast was poured with some issues. ended up about 2x as thick as planned.
mask also had some chunks from bubbles created from attempted to fix previous issue. uses gel blood to fill some holes...

added some bandages on as well to push for a battle damaged look.

not many pictures of the costume, it was fun but it creeped a lot of people out. if it would have been proper thickness it may have been perfect, still considering a second attempt...

Was asked to remove mask for pictures by the host of the party so the mask came off, but you can still see it peeking through the top of my backpack.
